Day of Coordination
We make sure everything runs smoothly on the actual day of your event — so you (and your family, bridal party, or team) can relax and enjoy it instead of managing details and putting out fires.

Pre-Event Preparation
In the weeks leading up to the event, the day-of coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring every detail is ready for a seamless experience. They meet with the client to review plans, contracts, and the complete vendor list to understand all moving parts. From there, they create a detailed timeline that covers the rehearsal, setup, ceremony, reception, and teardown. The coordinator also confirms all vendors—such as the DJ, caterer, florist, photographer, and venue—to ensure everyone knows when and where to arrive. Additionally, they conduct a full walkthrough of the venue to familiarize themselves with the layout and logistics, and they handle last-minute details like seating charts, décor placement, and cue sheets, ensuring everything is in perfect order before the big day.

Day of The Event
-
Arrive early - We arrive very early to oversee vendor setup and make sure everything is in place
-
Direct vendors — We will be the main point of contact so no one’s calling or bothering you
-
Keep everyone on schedule — We will make sure everyone is on the same page. Ceremony starts= time, speeches, meal service, cake cutting, etc.
-
Handle emergencies quietly - (missing boutonniere, late vendor, sound issue, etc.)
-
Cue key moments (entrances, first dance, toasts, etc.)
-
Assist guests and vendors with questions or directions
-
Coordinate tear-down or vendor pickups at the end
